CALDON™ Group is a privately owned Australian company that founds, builds, acquires and grows businesses that strengthen the construction industry. Established in 2015 and headquartered in Taree, New South Wales, the Group's portfolio spans residential construction (Wattle Court Mid-Coast) and construction technology (VIABUILD™).
The Group is founder-led, built on a multi-generational building heritage and nearly two decades of hands-on construction experience, and holds its businesses with permanent intent. Its stated long-term ambition is to demonstrate that globally competitive construction and technology companies can be conceived, engineered and scaled from regional Australia.

2015
CALDON™ established in Taree, NSW, as a residential construction and development business.
2016
HTH Joinery Pty Ltd founded, trading as HowsThatHouse. An advanced timber joinery manufacturing and ecommerce business, grown from a two-car garage on the Mid North Coast into an industrial manufacturing facility crafting furniture and joinery from native Australian timbers.
2020
Development of Fairview Estate commenced in Taree, a 63-lot lifestyle subdivision. The estate is now complete.
2024
HowsThatHouse concluded operations after eight years of manufacturing and craft.
2025
Wattle Court Mid-Coast launched, carrying the Group’s home-building operations into a boutique builder network across the Mid North Coast.
2025
VIABUILD™ founded, a construction intelligence platform engineered from regional NSW.
2026
CALDON™ Group formalised as a multi-business group spanning construction, development and technology.
